Pictures from a Star Gazing Party
We had quite a turnout: 28 adults and 14 children.
 Susan Oliveau gave a great talk and then we went out to look at the stars.
Susan made some star-shaped cookies to munch on during her talk. Kids of all ages really seemed to get into the talk.
Many people brought their own telescopes. Susan used a laser pointer, which worked really well. At the end of the evening the Northern Lights appeared. I had never seen them before.
