What is Cohousing?
Cohousing is a Danish term describing neighborhoods designed to foster a small town sense of community. Houses are clustered together, connected by pedestrian pathways with a Common House as the focus.

Dinner is available at the Common House two or three nights per week.

Everyone owns their own home and lot. The Common House, roads, and open space are maintained by the Homeowners Association (HOA), just as in any other subdivision.

In cohousing everyone knows everyone else. The result is a safer, more inclusive community where people can pool their time, energy, and resources. When it comes to playmates for the kids, or fixing that bicycle, or debugging that computer, you have an entire community to draw upon for help. Young and old, faimilies, singles and retirees, can all get something from living in cohousing.

When you're feeling social, head over to the Common House for a meal, or a movie, or to watch the kids play on the swings. When you're feeling the need for solitude, take a hike on the 115 acres of common open space with a mile of river frontage.

Join the fun and shape your future environment! The cohousing life is easy to love! More Info
