Final Approval and Road Construction

Final Approval Day began at Loudoun County aBuilding & Deveopment.

 Next, I went to the Courthouse to record the plat.

Finally, I went back to the Loudoun County Mapping Agency to get the addresses for each lot .

 Meanwhile, Ryder Construction continued to work on our Roads. Here is our entrance.
The road site is first cleared of trees. This is the road in front of Lot #9. The next step will be for errosion controls to be put into place. This is near Lots #12 & #13.
We are also upgrading Yakey Lane. Here is the first turn after clearing. This is the second turn on Yakey Lane after clearing.
